Rap – Star City, IN

Id Obelus is a hip hop artist who resides in Star City, a rural community in north central Indiana. He’s been obsessively honing his lyrical skills since the mid 80′s recording and performing solo and as the lead vocalist for the Electro-psychedelic hip hop band, Random Art Projects (2008-2009). He is also 1/4 of the international collaboration known as, “Done”. Given his “uncharacteristically hip hop ” environment, Id manages to earn respect from a diverse demographic of music fans with his honest and creative lyricism.

Id is an avid collaborator who believes that working with other artists yields much greater rewards than solo. Whether through face to face sessions or via the internet on online projects, Id has worked with numerous artists over the years including semi-indy famous artists like, Noah 23 and Toddla T.
